About

4 Weeks, 3-6 days a week. Chair Fitness. You can repeat the classes as many times as you like, but please try and have atleast 2 days of rest. This is a perfect challenge for anyone at any level! Most classes start off between 5-15 mins so can easily be fitted in to your schedule. Challenge will include: Full Body Workouts, Arms, Legs, Abs, Stretching, Chair Dance Fitness (No Music) Optional - i will be adding more to the routine each week) almost like Zumba class but with a chair!
